A 5-year project to design, development and implementation and annual ongoing support of a portable, scalable and integrated solution for creating, managing, exchanging and publishing complex bilingual technical information. The solution significantly lowered deployment, support and training costs, simplified application maintenance procedures and provides a single integrated view of content in a variety of flexible configurations.
